Understanding the principles of Osteopathy. Integration of the osteopathic approach to diagnosis and treatment into current health practices
This course provides a general understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the body and its ability to compensate and adapt to dysfunction. Students learn how to objectively assess posture, restrictions to motion, then learn indications, contraindications, client care and basic osteopathic techniques for the treatment.
This is a great course for beginners and health practitioners who want to incorporate an osteopathic approach in assessment and treatment into their practices.
